What you’ll do

Perform all aspects of blending liquid products.

Oversee the Sanitization Program, including but not limited to:

Knowledge of chemical and steam sanitization processes.

Delivery of steam through the system to mixers and storage tanks.

Maintenance and preparation of sanitization totes.

Coordination of sanitization between Packaging and Blending Operators.

Ensure the safe handling of all chemicals in compliance with OSHA standards.

Ensure proper cleanup or reporting of spills.

Ensure proper operation of the hot and cold R.O. water system, including monitoring regeneration times.

Maintain thorough knowledge of the computer batching program.

Ensure Good Manufacturing Practices are used in the manufacture of safe, hygienic product.

Transfer finished product from mixers to storage.

Read and understand the Blender's Training Manual.

Perform inventory of raw chemicals as needed.

Clean up work area and help others clean their areas if needed.

Communicate with all departments in which Liquids is involved.

What makes you a good fit

Successful completion (C or better) of high school chemistry and math.

Current driver’s license and Henkel forklift certification required.

The salary for this role is $29.00- $33.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
