Qualified Medication Aide – Senior Living
$20.60–$24.72/hour | Full-Time Overnight

Wittenberg Village, part of a faith-based, mission-driven organization, is hiring a Qualified Medication Aide to support residents in our assisted living community. This is a full-time, overnight position with competitive pay, strong benefits, and a supportive team culture.

What You’ll Do

Administer medications in accordance with state regulations and company policies

Provide direct care and assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)

Monitor residents’ conditions and report any changes to the nursing team

Accurately document care and medication administration

Support residents’ independence, dignity, and overall well-being

Foster positive relationships with residents, families, and team members

Required Qualifications

Valid Indiana QMA license

Minimum of 1 year of experience in senior living or related setting

High school diploma or equivalent

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Passion for working with older adults
