Document Specialist

Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Document Specialist to join our Digital Solutions team. In this role, you will be responsible for the high-quality conversion of physical records into digital assets, ensuring strict adherence to production schedules, and maintaining 100% accuracy in document indexing and tracking.
In this role, you will:
Execute full-cycle document conversion: Prep, sort, and scan hard-copy files into high-quality electronic images, ensuring all staples are removed and documents are reassembled and sequenced correctly after scanning.
Drive quality and data integrity: Follow precise production procedures for document quality control and indexing, ensuring that all digital outputs meet Iron Mountain's rigorous standards.
Collaborate and track progress: Complete internal documentation and tracking logs to provide real-time updates on project status, while maintaining a clean and organized work environment to optimize workflow.
The ideal candidate will have:
Experience: 02 years of experience in a fast-paced, production-oriented environment (we will train you for success!).
Technical skills: Basic computer knowledge and the ability to quickly learn imaging software and high-capacity scanning hardware.
Core competencies: Exceptional attention to detail, the ability to work at a sustained pace to meet production rates, and the flexibility to adapt to changing project durations and requirements.
Communication: Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English to ensure safety and operational compliance.
What we offer:
Salary: $18.00 hourly.
Shifts: 6:00 am 2:00 pm, MondayFriday.
Location: 1601 Leavenworth Street, Omaha, NE.
