Job Description
Semper Valens Solutions is seeking an experienced Program Manager to support programs in the Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG), MD area. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your leadership, technical expertise, and DoD experience to guide complex programs supporting U.S. Government and military customers.
The Program Manager will plan, direct, and coordinate all contract support activities, serve as the primary interface with Government stakeholders, and ensure program execution meets cost, schedule, and performance objectives. Responsibilities include managing project planning, resource allocation, logistics support analysis, and systems safety efforts while ensuring compliance with contract requirements and organizational standards.
Qualifications / Requirements
U.S. Citizenship required
Active TS/SCI eligibility
Active PMP or DAWIA Program Management Level III
Minimum 12 years of DoD‑related program management experience supporting U.S. military or other Government agencies
Demonstrated experience managing military hardware and/or software development
Demonstrated experience or background in systems analysis and logistics support
Military experience at E‑5 or above may be considered in lieu of some requirements
