THE ROLE
We are seeking a Project Coordinator to join our production team. This person will support mid‑to‑senior level members across verticals, helping to keep multiple client projects on track from kickoff through delivery. As a Project Coordinator, you will work closely with internal teams to assist in meeting project goals, maintaining timelines, and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day workflow across the studio.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the execution of projects by assisting with resource tracking, timeline maintenance, budget monitoring, project documentation, and status updates
Help plan, organize, and coordinate project activity to ensure work stays on schedule and within budget
Collaborate with departments—including creative, production, and technology—to keep work aligned with client objectives and moving forward efficiently
Assist in translating client needs into clear next steps, creative briefs, and project plans for internal teams
Track project progress and help prepare status updates and reports for stakeholders
Develop and maintain project documentation, including internal notes, timelines, meeting recaps, and decks
Participate in project review meetings with clients and internal teams, taking notes and flagging action items
Support client‑facing communication under the guidance of senior team members
Assist with physical productions, supporting specific workstreams and helping manage vendor coordination
Help identify project risks and flag issues to the appropriate team members
Support quality checks to ensure project deliverables meet studio standards
REQUIREMENTS
1–3 years of experience in project coordination or management, preferably in an agency or creative studio setting
Strong organizational skills and sharp attention to detail
Clear and professional communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Some experience supporting projects from initial kickoff through final delivery
Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Thrives in a fast‑paced, creative environment
