As an Area Manager of Operations, you’ll channel your inner entrepreneur and manage multiple locations in an effort to: 1) increase center revenue, 2) encourage guests to visit week after week, and 3) have a great time doing a job you love.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES
GENERATE CENTER REVENUE
Develop financial operational plans/budgets, monitor their performance, and achieve your center's financial goals. Keep an eye on labor costs and other expenses.

INSPIRE, LEAD, AND SUCCEED
Meet with, direct, and motivate your management teams. Review weekly/monthly Profit & Loss statements and develop action plans accordingly.

HELP KEEP STANDARDS HIGH
Inspect your market’s operational and guest service standards and communicate these standards to center management.

MONITOR CENTER PROGRESS
Conduct weekly center visits within your market and report your observations back to the District Manager of Operations.

PARTNER WITH LEAGUES
Grow our league business by establishing a great working relationship with our league officers and bowlers.

ASSEMBLE AN ALL‑STAR TEAM
Recruit, hire, and train top‑notch talent among center management & staff.

WHO YOU ARE
Our Area Manager of Operations are entertainment and hospitality industry professionals with years of experience and the talent to manage large teams at multiple locations. Their entrepreneurial spirit drives them to succeed, and they approach each task as if they owned their centers personally.

DESIRED SKILLS
10+ Years of Management Experience
Bachelor’s Degree
Experience in a high‑volume retail, entertainment, hospitality, or restaurant venue
Strong Team Player
Exceptional "People Developer"
Customer Service Pro
Experience Supervising Numerous Departments and a Staff of 50+
Knowledge of POS register systems
Solid Communication Skills

The pay rate for this position is $115,000 to $130,000 per year. Lucky Strike Entertainment offers performance‑based incentives and a competitive total rewards package which includes healthcare coverage and a broad range of other benefits. Incentives and/or benefit packages may vary depending on the position.
