to lead the catering and event hospitality program at the prestigious

What You’ll Lead
As the Food Operations Manager 2, you will be the
primary catering manager
and the key driver of service excellence for meetings, events, and executive‑level hospitality. Your responsibilities include:
Overseeing all day‑to‑day catering operations, from planning to execution
Managing special events, including logistics, detailing, timelines, and customer communication
Serving as the main point of contact for clients—building relationships, understanding needs, and ensuring flawless service
Leading event set‑up and breakdown to ensure high operational standards and a professional presentation
Collaborating closely with the Executive Chef on menu creation, customization, and innovative culinary presentations
Managing ordering, inventory, and catering‑related administrative tasks
Bringing fresh, contemporary ideas to elevate the guest experience
Demonstrating strong knowledge of conference center catering and high‑volume event planning
Supervising a team of 2 catering attendants, plus temporary staff as needed

Minimum Education Requirement – Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience – 2 Years
Minimum Functional Experience – 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
