HVAC/Plumbing Project Manager
HVAC/Plumbing Project Manager needed for a well‑respected, growing contractor in California. Do you bring 5+ years of HVAC and/or Plumbing Project Management experience? If so, we would like to hear from you.
In this role you will manage and deliver exceptional results on projects that include higher education, government, healthcare, industrial, and commercial building projects.
Responsibilities
Lead project teams, coordinate with clients and staff, and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Qualifications
5+ years of HVAC and/or Plumbing Project Management experience
Superior interpersonal skills with clients and staff
Communication and coaching skills
Demonstrated leadership abilities
Project budgeting skills
Able to promptly resolve team management problems
Organized with exceptional prioritization skills and the ability to effectively balance conflicting priorities
Time management skills; able to complete commitments in an accurate and timely manner
