Assistant Project Manager

Responsibilities
Work side‑by‑side with senior project managers in all aspects of project management, including developing scopes of work, soliciting proposals, negotiating and managing contracts, coordinating design and construction teams, maintaining project governance, conducting field quality control of the craft trades at site, and ensuring successful project turnover. Your efforts will ensure this complex program is managed with organization, accountability, and transparency. You will also be mentored in more complex aspects of project management and building relationships as you progress towards becoming a Project Manager.

Qualifications (Required)

Bachelor’s degree in architecture, construction, or engineering.

At least 2 years of experience working on large building construction or civil projects.

Knowledge of pre‑design and pre‑construction delivery systems and components.

Preferred Qualifications

Construction Manager in Training (CMIT) and Engineer‑in‑Training (EIT) credentials.

The base salary range for this position is $75,000.00 to $85,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
