Job Title: Salesforce QA Tester (Sales Cloud CTI)
Location: 3275 Bennett Creek Ave, Frederick, MD 21704. Onsite 5 days a week
Day1 onsite
CTI / Telephony Integration Testing
Call routing, screen pops, softphone integration.
Functional, Integration, and UAT Testing in Salesforce
Use Jira or similar defect tracking tools.
QA Automation tools (nice to have).
Responsibilities
Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce Sales Cloud features and CTI integrations.
Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing.
Validate workflows, automation, and security settings within Salesforce.
Test CTI functionality including call routing, screen pops, and softphone integration.
Identify, document, and track defects using tools like Jira.
Collaborate with developers and admins to resolve issues promptly.
Ensure Salesforce configurations align with business requirements.
Validate data integrity and system performance post‑deployment.
Maintain detailed test documentation and provide regular QA status reports.
Create and update test cases for new features and enhancements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
3+ years of QA experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
Hands‑on experience testing CTI integrations.
Familiarity with Salesforce declarative features and data model.
Experience with QA Automation tools (plus).
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred).
Certifications (preferred): Salesforce Administrator or Sales Cloud Consultant.
