Executive Administrative Partner

Meta is seeking an experienced Executive Administrative Partner to join the scaled administrative support team of the President & Vice Chairman. This role provides onsite support to the President & Vice Chairman in the DC office, with potential calendar support of another executive. The person in this role will need to be a masterful problem‑solver and an organizational force given complex calendaring and heavy onsite coordination. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, and will be resourceful in building relationships across the larger Meta ecosystem. This position is full-time and onsite in Washington, DC.

Executive Administrative Partner Responsibilities

Onsite administrative support and tasks, in‑office and at event‑based locations

Support onsite team and leader needs

Space planning support and management

In‑person meeting coordination including room set‑up and clean‑up, catering, and attendee management

Small and large‑scale event coordination, managing multiple stakeholders and inputs

Support coordination of both domestic and international travel arrangements

Prepare expense reports and purchase requisitions

Manage conference room operations and oversee storage needs

Travel to support large off‑sites as needed

Ad hoc errands/projects for office as needed

Occasional domestic and international travel, as needed

Minimum Qualifications

4+ years of relevant experience providing administrative support to 1 or more executives

4+ years of relevant experience coordinating travel logistics on behalf of 1 or more executives

4+ years of relevant calendar management and expense report management experience for 1 or more executives

Experience prioritizing multiple projects

Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Suite

Preferred Qualifications

Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)

Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)

Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies

Prior or current experience supporting VP's at large scale tech company

Consistent track record of ensuring confidentiality and discretion in all partnerships

Experience driving events and fostering team morale

Demonstrates attention to detail, responsible, proactive, drives tasks to completion

Experience independently managing projects, multi‑tasking, and changing direction quickly if needed

Experience building and maintaining trust with leadership and partners

Experience collaborating and partnering closely with other administrative professionals and key cross‑functional partners

Experience in a multi‑staff office environment

Project management experience

Experience building, managing and influencing cross‑functional business stakeholder relationships

Experience managing logistics across multiple teams

BA/BS Degree

Compensation and Benefits
$100,610/year to $144,602/year + bonus + equity + benefits. Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this post reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
