Job Summary
Join our dedicated team at Kiwi Kids ABA as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and play a vital role in transforming lives through evidence-based behavioral interventions. As an RBT, you will work closely with individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder, to promote positive behavior change and skill development.
Responsibilities
Implement ABA programs under BCBA supervision
Teach communication, social, and daily living skills
Use positive reinforcement to support behavior change
Collect simple data to track progress
Support independence with ADLs as appropriate
Maintain accurate documentation and confidentiality
Requirements
RBT certification or willingness to obtain (support provided)
Experience with children or developmental disabilities preferred
Compassionate, reliable, and professional
Strong communication skills
