
Project Engineer - (IC2)

Immediate opportunity for an experienced Project Engineer at our Huntsville, AL facility to support the NGI program.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and track program desk & board seating assignment to include personnel moves on Huntsville Campus.
Facilitate Program Onboarding process, manage weekly meetings, update onboarding processes, and assist new employees.
Manage on‑site customer visit requests, including tracking of government visit access requests.
Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring on‑time delivery of products.
Support the development and execution of PMO content such as distribution lists, employee engagements, etc.
Support continuous improvement initiatives for PMO processes, tooling, and metrics.
Basic Qualifications
Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Ability to work in a team‑oriented environment.
Eligibility and willingness to obtain a DoD Secret Security Clearance – U.S. citizenship required.
Desired Skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to work collaboratively with peers, customers, and supervisors and build professional relationships.
Basic project‑coordination experience (e.g., creating task lists, maintaining schedules, tracking status) with exposure to formal project‑management tools.
Desire to drive process efficiency and improvements.
Team player with strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
Detail oriented and excellent problem‑solving skills.
Security Clearance
Requirement: Government security clearance, U.S. citizenship. Clearance Level: Secret.
Schedule
9x80 schedule; every other Friday off.
