Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated
ABA Therapist/Behavior Technician
to join our team in Stafford Township, NJ. As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will play a crucial role in providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Our team is committed to delivering high-quality care and support, and we're looking for someone who shares our passion for making a difference.
Responsibilities
Provide ABA therapy and behavioral support to children with ASD in home and school settings
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with our team of clinicians
Collect and analyze data to assess progress and inform treatment decisions
Communicate effectively with parents, caregivers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless transitions and support
Maintain accurate and detailed records of session notes, progress reports, and billing information
What We Offer
Competitive compensation up to $30/hour
Earned paid time off, medical, dental, and vision for staff working at least 30 hours per week
Flexible full-time or part-time schedules available (15 – 40 hours/week)
Mileage reimbursement and limited travel for in-home services by matching you with clients within a 15-mile radius of your home
Free RBT Training Course
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required
At least 18 years old
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
Ability to pass a background check
Experience working with children
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to follow instructions and work independently as well as part of a team
Patience, empathy, and understanding when working with individuals with ASD
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
Schedule
Monday-Friday, after 3:30pm
