We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized

Regulatory Affairs Intern

to support regulatory documentation, data management, and cross-functional coordination. This role provides hands-on experience in regulatory operations, documentation workflows, and project tracking within a fast-paced environment.

This

summer internship

is from

May 2026 through August 2026 , and is based in office from Mondays-Thursdays, and remote on Fridays.

Responsibilities

Maintain and update the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) portal to ensure accuracy and accessibility of documentation

Respond to document requests by providing ingredient lists (IL), formulas, SDS, and other regulatory materials to distributors, internal stakeholders, and IP teams

Organize and audit Product Information Files (PIFs), including obtaining missing documentation and archiving outdated records

Review manufacturer documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal standards

Coordinate and obtain notarizations and apostilles as required for regulatory submissions

Update and manage registration trackers to monitor project status and progression

Support project management efforts, including tracking timelines and deliverables for CSS product implementations

Contribute to an AI-focused project or presentation exploring opportunities to improve efficiency and processes within the role

Education/Experience

Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field (e.g., Legal, Political Science, Government, Chemistry, Business, or related discipline)

Required Skills

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Interest in regulatory processes, documentation management, or product compliance

Curiosity about AI tools and their application in business processes is a plus
