Halogen Engineering Group is looking for a Software Engineer with web services experience.

Salary Range
The projected compensation range for this position is
160K-165K
(annualized USD).
Salary is determined by factors including location, education, knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, contract-specific affordability, and organizational requirements.
Requirements
Experience supporting development and execution of test procedures for software components
Experience generating technical documentation
Experience working in an Agile development environment
Experience with Amazon Web Services
Experience using tools such as Jira and Confluence
Experience ensuring quality control of developed and modified software
Experience with the following technologies:
Git
Java, C++, or Python
Relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL)
SQL
Qualifications
A Master’s degree with five (5) years of software engineering experience
OR
a Bachelor’s degree with eight (8) years of software engineering experience in a Qualified Engineering Field (Aeronautics, Biomedical, Chemical, Civil, Computer, Electrical, Environmental, Mechanical, Nuclear, Software, Systems, and Engineering Management) or a related discipline (Chemistry, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, and Physics) from an accredited college or university
OR
a High School Diploma or GED with twelve (12) years of software engineering experience.
