
Regulatory Affairs Intern

Overview
BD is one of the largest global medical technology companies. The RA Intern will support various regulatory affairs activities for registration or RA projects, including documentation preparation and submission support.
Core Responsibilities
Provide general RA support for regulatory projects under the direction of an RA professional.
Effectively manage multiple competing priorities in a regulated environment.
Assist with collection of project‑related documentation and preparation of regulatory submissions.
Liaise with subject matter experts to collect information and communicate with team members.
Assist in auditing, editing and publishing regulatory submissions as appropriate.
Work across Microsoft Office, Adobe and internal software databases.
Required Qualifications
Ability to plan and schedule multiple priorities concurrently.
Ability to review, collate and summarize scientific and technical data.
Good problem‑solving and analytical skills.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Detail‑oriented, methodical and accurate in project work.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent writing and strong organizational skills.
Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent required; currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program, or recent graduate.
Physical Demands & Work Environment
Regular standing, walking, sitting, using sight and hands. Requires verbal communication. Occasionally requires reaching with hands and arms and stooping, kneeling, or crouching. Work performed in an open cubicle environment within a team‑oriented, fast‑paced setting. Reasonable accommodations provided upon request.
