Varsity Football Head Coach — Team Leadership & Player Development

Lee's Summit R-7 School District is seeking a Head Football Coach for the 2026-27 school year. You will be responsible for coaching the varsity football team, managing all aspects of the program, and coordinating with administration for hiring and supervising assistant coaches. Additional responsibilities include ensuring student-athlete retention, monitoring academic progress, and providing summer camp opportunities for elementary students. Ideal candidates will have experience in coaching football and strong leadership skills.
