Position Responsibilities
Own and elevate the end-to-end guest, client, and associate experience
Lead front-of-house operations with a white-glove, high-touch standard
Create “above and beyond” moments that turn routine interactions into memorable experiences
Anticipate needs before they’re asked—bringing proactive, personalized service to life
Oversee meeting rooms, catering, and event execution with flawless attention to detail
Partner with Executive Assistants and business leaders to deliver elevated experiences
Lead, coach, and inspire Hospitality Coordinator to operate at a premium service level
Set and continuously refine hospitality standards, playbooks, and best practices
Manage vendor relationships to ensure quality, consistency, and accountability
Act as the face of the office—setting the tone for professionalism, warmth, and energy
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor’s degree preferred in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field)
