Engauge Workforce Solutions is seeking a results‑driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive new client acquisition and branch growth. This is a true hunter role focused on identifying, targeting, and securing new business with companies seeking General Labor, Skilled Trades, Clerical, or Professional staffing support.

The BDR owns the full sales cycle—from initial outreach through signed agreement—and plays a key role in building long‑term strategic partnerships. If you are competitive, relationship‑driven, and motivated by measurable results, this is an opportunity to make a significant impact.

Key Responsibilities
New Business Development

Prospect and engage target companies through outbound calls, email, LinkedIn outreach, networking, events, and in‑person visits

Manage the full sales pipeline from initial contact through closed‑won business

Conduct discovery meetings to understand hiring needs, operational challenges, and decision‑making processes

Build relationships with key decision‑makers across HR, operations, and executive leadership

Present and position Engauge solutions clearly and confidently

Closing & Onboarding

Lead proposal development and negotiations, including pricing and service terms

Secure required documentation (MSAs, agreements, compliance requirements) prior to client launch

Maintain accurate CRM documentation and pipeline activity

Strategic Account Expansion

Engage executive stakeholders post‑sale to identify additional growth opportunities

Partner with recruiting and operations to ensure smooth service transition

Lead expansion efforts within existing client accounts

Qualifications

Proven success in B2B sales, outside sales, or business development preferred

Strong prospecting and cold outreach skills

Ability to manage a structured sales process

Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills

Self‑motivated with a competitive drive to win new business

CRM experience preferred (Bullhorn or similar ATS/CRM a plus)
