Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a Quality Assurance Representative to support MV-22 modification efforts at MCAS Miramar, CA. The individual will work closely with the MV-22 Global Technical Operations Leadership to support the planning, execution and delivery of Quality products and services.

Position Responsibilities

Develops and motivates a team of diverse skills, capability, and experience to maximize individual and team performance.

Performs inspections on aircraft for modification activities on the MV-22 platform.

Maintains Quality directives, policies, processes, procedures and metrics to assure program, contract, customer, regulatory requirements, international standards and working agreements are deployed using established procedures.

Collects and verifies data to support the identification of root cause routine problems.

Performs internal audits to determine compliance with Quality Management System standards, configuration assurance, related business, regulatory and customer requirements.

Documents audit results in standard formats.

Works under general supervision.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)

5+ years of experience in aircraft modifications.

5+ years rotorcraft aircraft experience.

3+ years of Quality Assurance Inspector experience (CDI, CDQAR, QAR).

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)

Technical data experience.

DCMA INST 8210.1C experience.

AS9100 Revision D experience.

Experience using or applying metrics to measure performance against projects to ensure high quality delivery.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $95,200 - $128,800.

Security Clearance
This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim U.S. Secret Clearance Pre-Start and final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.
