Program Manager – VELYSTM Enabling Tech Supply Chain Team
Report to the SI&D Lead. Locations: Palm Beach Gardens, FL; Bridgewater, NJ; Raynham, MA.
Key Responsibilities
Balance near‑term Agile‑to‑Windchill separation and migration needs with the long‑term vision of a harmonized, streamlined PLM solution.
Become the DPS‑wide domain expert for assigned business processes, data, and use cases within the Windchill PLM implementation.
Document and explain DPS‑wide current‑state (AS‑IS) and future‑state (TO‑BE) business processes, rules, and pain points.
Provide detailed functional input to support solution design decisions, system configuration, workflows, and data models.
Validate and confirm that proposed solutions align with business practices, operational constraints with functional team and across platforms.
Support the creation and refinement of user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria from a domain perspective.
Support definition of business rules for BOM structures, change management, document control, and lifecycle states as applicable.
Provide input to training materials, work instructions, and SOPs, ensuring accuracy for end users.
Represent the function as a project core team member and lead an extended functional team to coordinate activities, drive alignment, and manage inputs and decisions arising from the core team.
Act as a change ambassador within the function, gathering feedback from end users and supporting adoption across DPS platforms.
Escalate functional risks, gaps, or usability concerns to the BPO and project leadership in a timely manner.
Qualifications
Education
Minimum bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering, Business, Finance, or Supply Chain. An advanced degree is helpful.
Required Skills
Minimum 6 years of relevant business experience.
Experience with project and program management processes and tools.
Ability to collaborate with all levels of management and influence decision‑making across a matrix organization.
Preferred Skills
Product cost management and budget management.
Experience, training, or certification in digital analytics capabilities.
Global business experience.
Other
Attendance policy: JNJ Flex/Hybrid.
Anticipated travel: 15%.
Pay Transparency
Anticipated base pay range: $102,000.00 – $177,100.00.
Benefits
Vacation – 120 hours per calendar year
Sick time – 40 hours per calendar year (48 hours for Colorado residents; 56 hours for Washington residents)
Holiday pay, including floating holidays – 13 days per calendar year
Work, personal, and family time – up to 40 hours per calendar year
Parental leave – 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child
Bereavement leave – 240 hours for an immediate family member; 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year
Caregiver leave – 80 hours in a 52‑week rolling period
Volunteer leave – 32 hours per calendar year
