Cannabis Waste Specialist

We're Missouri's first (and only) cannabis waste service, and we're looking for a Cannabis Waste Technician to join our field crew in St. Louis.
The job: on-site waste destruction at licensed cannabis facilities across Missouri. You'll operate shredding equipment, handle compliance documentation, and work directly with clients. This isn't a desk job — you're outside, on your feet, at a different facility every day.
What we're looking for:
21+ with a clean driving and criminal record (state background check required)
Experience driving a box truck
Can lift 50 lbs and comfortable working outdoors in all weather
Adaptable — this job requires last-minute pivots and schedule changes
Communicative and professional — you're client-facing and represent Monarch in the field
Reliable, good judgment, someone who shows up and doesn't need to be managed
Flexibility for occasional weekend or overnight work

$24/hr starting
Paid time off and bonuses
St. Louis-based
Room to grow — we're expanding beyond Missouri and the right person can build a career here
No CDL required. Cannabis industry experience is a plus but not required — we'll train the right person.
