Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Associate Manager of Merchandising, based in San Marcos,TX. The role involves overseeing and maintaining merchandise presentation standards, managing product placement and inventory, supporting sales initiatives, and fostering a positive customer experience. The Associate Manager will collaborate closely with the store leadership team to achieve sales objectives, deliver exemplary customer service, and ensure smooth daily store operations.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively lead and interact with team members and customers
Experience in Sales and the ability to drive store performance through goal achievement
Proficiency in Inventory Management and product Assortment planning
Leadership capabilities, including the ability to motivate and engage teams
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
Flexibility to work in an on-site retail environment, including weekends and holidays
Previous experience in retail or a related field is preferred
