The opportunity
As an FSO DevOps Engineer Senior Analyst, you’ll be based in our Service Delivery Center, which is made up of high‑performing US‑based colleagues who work closely with our experienced advisory professionals. You will play a key role in driving the delivery and operations of the Web3 Platform that supports multiple business functions, establishing and maintaining DevOps best practices, CI/CD automation, infrastructure reliability, observability, and secure deployment patterns.
You will coordinate with globally distributed teams, support them through hands‑on troubleshooting, environment improvements, tooling enhancements, and automation initiatives, and partner with cross‑functional groups—including architecture, risk, and security—to ensure platform solutions meet firm compliance, reliability, and operational standards.
Your Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and maintain the infrastructure and deployment pipelines to support the development and deployment of our applications.
Collaborate with software engineers, system administrators, and other team members to identify and implement efficient and reliable solutions.
Automate processes and tasks to improve efficiency and scalability.
Implement continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.
Provide technical support and assistance to the development team.
Monitor, analyze, and optimize system performance, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security.
Define and implement appropriate monitoring and alerting systems for timely identification and resolution of incidents.
Maintain and enhance the security of our infrastructure, applications, and systems, ensuring compliance with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
Develop and maintain system documentation.
Align risk and control processes into day‑to‑day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; escalates appropriately.
Willingness and ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
To qualify for the role you must have:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or other related field
Minimum 3 years’ experience in Infrastructure as Code Development (IAC) using DevSecOps pipelines
Proven experience in DevSecOps or a similar role
Strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure, GCP or AWS
Azure DLT (Besu, Canton)
Azure (e.g., Azure VMs, VNet, Azure AD, Key Vault, Storage, Functions)
Experience with CI/CD tools and secure software development practices
Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (Python, Go, TypeScript, or Java)
Git‑based workflows and DevOps tooling (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD)
CNAPP experience
Strong hands‑on experience with Terraform and Bicep (or CloudFormation for AWS)
Networking, IAM Policies, cloud‑native security controls knowledge

What we offer you
We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $67,000 to $136,800; in the New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) the range is $80,300 to $155,300. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including education, experience, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
