Position Summary

This position supports the Federal Employees Health Benefits (FEHB) and Postal Service Health Benefits (PSHB) programs. Primary responsibilities include executing reports and processes for eligibility, claims, and financial data to various stakeholders both internally and externally.

This role will also identify pain points and find solutions to address pain points in our workflows and processes and help with annual benefits implementation tasks.

Responsibilities

Support the operations team with various operational processes, reporting, and project tasks across Commercial, Medicare Advantage, and Medicare Part D plans.

Run reports for various stakeholders, including compliance with contractual requirements for the U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM), vendors, and clients.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders across different departments such as operations, finance, marketing, and IT to gather information, understand business needs, and drive alignment.

Document and develop action plans that aim to address business challenges.

Document process and workflow improvements and maintain repository.

Identify improvement opportunities by conducting complex and informative business and systems process analysis.

Learn new software tools and apply them to improve efficiency.

Support team members with project tasks on reporting and benefits implementation.

Required Qualifications

At least 2 years of experience analyzing data and creating reports.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel with working knowledge of formulas and pivot tables.

Preferred Qualifications

Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Experience with Power Platform tools such as Power Automate and Power Apps.

Education

Bachelor’s degree preferred (or specialized training/relevant professional qualification, or equivalent work experience).

Pay Range
The Typical Pay Range For This Role Is:

$46,988.00 – $122,400.00 per year.

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full‑time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission, or short‑term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
