Position Summary
The Sales Specialist is responsible for promoting and selling a portfolio of technical and/or non-technical products, services, and solutions to both existing and new customers. The role focuses on driving revenue growth by building strong customer relationships, managing a robust sales pipeline, and identifying new business opportunities. This hybrid position is based at our office in Doral, FL and requires being on site a minimum of 3 days per week.
What You’ll Do
Develop and execute sales strategies to promote products, services, and solutions to end customers
Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities while expanding existing accounts
Build and maintain strong, long‑term customer relationships through proactive engagement
Communicate product/service value propositions, including new offerings, pricing, and promotions
Create, manage, and continuously refine lead generation plans to maintain a healthy sales pipeline
Monitor pipeline performance and adjust strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, technical, vendor partners) to deliver customer‑centric solutions
Participate in customer meetings, presentations, and solution discussions
Lead or contribute to sales projects, programs, and business initiatives
Provide guidance and informal coaching to junior team members when needed
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
Minimum 5+ years of overall experience, including 3+ years in a similar sales or solutions‑focused role
Proven experience managing complex sales cycles and technical or solution‑based selling
Strong understanding of customer relationship management and pipeline development
Experience working with cross‑functional teams and external partners
The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $77,300.00 - $131,400.00 per year. Eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus or sales incentives, and long‑term incentives.
