Area Leader Trainee - Retail Sales
Are you looking for an exciting fast-paced work environment where you will directly oversee 12-14 store locations? Responsibilities
The position focuses on developing multi-unit store leadership skills and preparing to lead a district as an Area Leader. Primary responsibilities include overseeing multiple store locations and guiding store teams to deliver strong customer service, operational excellence, and consistent execution of company standards.
Qualifications
A 4-year degree from an accredited college or university in a related field, or 5+ years of experience managing district or regional operations for retail/commercial, or a large single commercial store with multiple managers and 100+ employees.
A valid Driver’s License from the state of residence and maintenance of automotive liability insurance during employment.
The ability to multi-task, be self-motivated, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
Staffing, training, and supervising Store Leaders; implementing merchandising programs, controlling cash and inventory; motivating and teambuilding; and promoting excellent customer service.
Having previous multi-unit management experience is preferred.
