is seeking an experienced
Project Manager
to oversee residential construction projects from planning through completion. This is a
full-time, salaried, exempt position
responsible for managing multiple projects while ensuring quality, schedule, and budget expectations are met.
The Project Manager will typically oversee
1–5 projects simultaneously , working independently or in collaboration with another Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Manage multiple construction projects from pre-construction through completion
Build, maintain, and monitor project budgets and estimates
Maintain accurate project documentation and requirements within CoConstruct
Communicate professionally and effectively with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal staff
Review and approve quotes, change orders, and invoices
Ensure projects comply with all applicable county, city, and building codes
Respond promptly to requests from owners and office staff
Coordinate and schedule field support as needed
Assist with onboarding and training of new team members
Establish proper procedures for working with new vendors and subcontractors
Qualifications
5+ years of Project Management experience , preferably in residential construction
Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
Familiarity with construction budgeting, scheduling, and vendor coordination
Experience with construction management software (experience with CoConstruct preferred)
Physical Requirements
This role requires occasional physical activity including:
Lifting up to
50 lbs
Standing or walking for extended periods
Working at construction sites that may not yet have
HVAC
90-day probationary period
Typical schedule:
Approximately 45 hours per week
Weekend work is
not expected
unless approved in advance by management
Additional Requirements
Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license required
Professional appearance and attitude expected when representing
