This position works directly with customers to pull, stage, and load building materials accurately and efficiently. This is a physically demanding, fast-paced position supporting our yard and retail operations.
What you'll be doing:
Assisting customers by pulling orders and loading materials into vehicles and trucks
Safely operating forklifts and handling materials in a busy yard environment
Working on your feet approximately 90% of the day
Consistently lifting, carrying, and moving materials 50+ lbs
Working outdoors and in the warehouse in all weather conditions
Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area
Communicating clearly with team members and customers to ensure accuracy

Physical & work environment:
Continuous standing, walking, lifting, and carrying
Frequent lifting of 50+ lbs
Outdoor yard and warehouse setting
Exposure to heat, cold, humidity, and rain

Compensation & benefits:
Weekly pay + overtime available weekly
Full-time schedule Monday-Friday (10 hour shifts) with weekends and holidays off
