Experienced individual contributor responsible for executing and coordinating complex CRIOM mail room workflows. Acts as a knowledgeable resource within assigned workflows, supports training and issue resolution, and contributes to documentation improvements under guidance.
This position is full time (40 hours / week), Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 7:00 am - 3:30 pm. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime.
This will be paid on-the-job training. The hours of the training will be based on schedule or will be discussed on your first day of employment.
Primary Responsibilities:
Independently process complex incoming and outgoing mail workflows
Support onboarding and training activities using established materials
Maintain trackers and contribute to process documentation updates
Troubleshoot non-standard issues and partner with Specialists OR leadership for resolution
Coordinate day-to-day task flow for assigned workstreams (no ownership of design or metrics)
Contribute to documentation updates and workflow refinements
Adhere to HIPAA, PHI, URAC, and internal quality standards in all mail room and documentation activities
Demonstrate alignment with organizational mission, values, and culture in all interactions
Perform additional duties as assigned to meet evolving business needs
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma / GED OR equivalent years of work experience
Must be 18 years of age OR older
1+ years of administrative and / OR data entry experience
Proficient with Windows PC applications, with the ability to navigate and learn new computer system applications
Proficient in using document management software and mailroom equipment, with the ability to navigate & learn new software tools and equipment
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and support multiple priorities
Organizational skills with attention to detail
Proficient in data entry accuracy
Ability to apply critical thinking skills and problem-solving skills
Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds

Preferred Qualifications:
1+ years in scanning, printing, shipping, OR other mailroom related work experience
Knowledge / experience with multi-functional databases
Knowledge / experience with short term and long-term records storage and management
Knowledge / experience with pharmacy/medical terminology
Proficient in Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Programs

The hourly pay for this role will range from $17.98 - $32.12 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
