Outpatient Dialysis RN – CAP Pathway

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an Outpatient RN CAP 1 in Upper Paxton Township, PA. This entry-level role is part of the Clinical Advancement Program (CAP), responsible for providing and coordinating clinically competent care for an assigned group of patients in a hemodialysis setting. Ideal candidates will have a nursing degree, valid licensure, and the ability to perform patient assessments, administer medications, and ensure patient education. Prior experience in chronic/acute hemodialysis is preferred. The position entails physical demands typical of a healthcare environment.
