About the Role
KeyLogic is seeking a Digital Engineering Systems Developer to support engineering and CAD system operations at Y-12. This role will focus on PTC Creo product support, customization, and integration, helping enhance engineering workflows and system efficiency within a secure, mission-critical environment.

This is a hands‑on, highly technical role working directly with engineering tools, system integrations, and end users.

What You’ll Do

Install, configure, and support PTC Creo products (Creo Parametric, CreoView, Creo Illustrate)

Integrate Creo with Windchill and support system functionality

Customize CAD software through scripting/programming to meet organizational needs

Develop and improve engineering workflows and best practices

Enhance user interfaces and system usability for improved efficiency

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Creo users

Support system upgrades and enhancements

Create and maintain technical documentation

Collaborate with cross‑functional engineering and IT teams

Participate in meetings and provide status updates

Required Education
Candidates must meet

one of the following combinations :

PhD

in a technical field with relevant experience

Master’s degree

in a technical field with

2–10 years

of related experience

Bachelor’s degree

in a technical field with

5–15 years

of related experience

Associate’s degree

in a technical field with

10–20 years

of related experience

Required Qualifications

Active Q Clearance (or equivalent eligible for reciprocity)

Strong proficiency in Creo / Pro-E (Creo Parametric) with advanced modeling capabilities

Experience with PTC product environments and integrations (Windchill preferred)

Ability to customize CAD tools via scripting or programming

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail

Effective communication and documentation skills

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Must be local to Oak Ridge, TN and able to work on-site daily (no relocation or travel reimbursement)
