Staff Software Engineer, Agentic Data and Evals
Location: Sunnyvale, CA, USA. You will design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance large‑scale software solutions for data generation and evaluation of Generative AI models. The role requires versatile engineering skills, cross‑team collaboration, and a passion for advancing full‑stack technology.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

8 years of experience in software development, design, and architecture.

5 years of experience testing and launching software products.

3 years of experience working in an organization involving cross‑functional or cross‑business projects.

Preferred Qualifications

Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.

8 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.

3 years of experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and setting technical direction.

Responsibilities

Deliver and launch tools and solutions to collect, verify, and deliver data and evaluations for a variety of GenAI use cases, including the evaluation and improvement of Generative AI models and launches.

Identify new GenAI use cases and their data needs, and develop solutions leveraging the AI Data Platform.

Work cross‑functionally with Data Science, Product, UX/UXR, and Operations teams.

Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance large‑scale software solutions.

Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.

Salary and Benefits
The US base salary range for this full‑time position is $207,000–$300,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits.
