Product Manager – (Engineering) FPGA, Mixed-Signal RF & DSP (Onsite)

Client is seeking a highly technical Product Manager to lead strategy and execution for our FPGA, RF, and DSP product portfolio. This role is ideal for someone with deep hands-on engineering experience who can translate system-level knowledge into impactful product decisions.
You will define and drive a competitive product roadmap across VPX, FMC/FMC+, and SOM-based architectures, ensuring alignment with evolving customer needs and market trends. Working cross-functionally with engineering, sales, and leadership teams, you will guide product development, differentiate technology offerings, and support go-to-market success. Your ability to blend technical expertise with business insight will be key to maintaining leadership in high-performance embedded computing solutions.
What You Will Do

Own and drive product strategy for FPGA, RF, and DSP solutions
Develop and maintain long-term product roadmaps aligned with market trends and customer needs
Conduct competitive analysis across relevant architectures and form factors
Define product requirements and build strong business cases for new product development
Lead new product development (NPD) initiatives from concept through launch
Collaborate with engineering, sales, and operations to deliver high-impact solutions
Engage with customers and partners to understand use cases and drive adoption
Support secure and technical customer engagements
Deliver technical presentations, training, and marketing collateral
Monitor and manage performance of a multi-product portfolio
What You Will Bring

7+ years of experience in RF, DSP, FPGA, or embedded systems (Defense industry experience preferred)
Strong understanding of system-level RF concepts (noise figure, SFDR, intermodulation, dynamic range)
Proven ability to translate RF/DSP theory into real-world hardware or FPGA implementations
Experience building and justifying multi-year product business cases
Background in product management, technical leadership, or new product introduction (NPI)
Familiarity with embedded systems, electronics, and/or software
Experience working with military standards and secure environments
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly
Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
Self-driven, collaborative, and highly motivated mindset
