Associate Product Development Manager | Customs

C.H. Robinson is hiring an Associate Customs Product Development Manager to help support and grow our global customs product with a strong focus on the U.S. and Canada. In this role, you will partner with a high‑performing product development team to drive growth in core markets while building deep customs and product expertise. You will blend product knowledge, pricing analytics, commercial enablement, and content creation to make a complex product easier for our internal network to understand and sell. This is a great opportunity that will allow you to help us deliver industry‑leading go‑to‑market content that strengthens our brand and accelerates commercial impact.

Responsibilities

Develop subject matter expertise across U.S. and Canadian customs products to support commercial and product initiatives
Serve as a customs subject matter expert for new business pursuits, customer engagements, and solution positioning
Deliver internal and external technology demos showcasing customs tools and capabilities
Create engaging enablement content including blogs, web content, product updates, and internal resource pages
Lead market update calls and recurring internal product update sessions for commercial teams
Drive awareness of product enhancements, focus areas, selling strategies, and value differentiation
Help shape and communicate C.H. Robinson’s customs value story through customer‑facing walkthroughs and messaging
Contribute to internal and external thought leadership including trade updates and product promotions
Analyze large datasets to inform pricing strategy, identify trends, and support opportunity and RFP pricing
Maintain and enhance SharePoint‑based landing pages, content libraries, toolkits, and sales enablement resources
Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
Minimum of 2 years of experience in customs brokerage, trade compliance, or customs product operations
Preferred Qualifications

Certified Customs Specialist and/or Licensed U.S. Customs Broker
Proficiency in office suite skills, communications experience, and data analysis
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to collaborate effectively across teams in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment
Knowledge of logistics, trade lane development, and supply chain operations
Experience in sales support or customer engagement within the freight forwarding industry
Ability to influence stakeholders and drive process improvements

Compensation Range

$72,900.00 - $153,700.00
The base pay range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Your individual base pay within this range is determined by work location, which takes into account geographic cost of labor, and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base pay only and do not include additional variable compensation.
