About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Perform manual and automated testing on web-based applications
Design, execute, and maintain test cases and test scenarios
Identify, report, and track bugs using tools like Jira
Validate APIs using tools like Postman
Work closely with developers and product teams in Agile environments
Ensure product quality through end-to-end testing
Required Skills
Basic understanding of Software Testing concepts
Familiarity with SDLC & STLC
Knowledge of tools like Selenium, Postman, or similar is a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication skills
Nice to Have
Exposure to automation testing (Selenium / Java)
Basic SQL knowledge
Understanding of CI/CD concepts

Hire-Train-Deploy model , where selected candidates may undergo a short-term, instructor-led training program aligned with client requirements before placement.
