Key Responsibilities
Provide high-level executive support to the Managing Director with professionalism and discretion
Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and travel coordination
Draft, edit, and prepare executive communications, presentations, and reports
Coordinate and execute meetings, including A/V setup and virtual platforms (Microsoft Teams, Zoom)
Support tracking and coordination of capital projects, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and communication remain on track
Assist with project management initiatives, driving organization and follow-through on key priorities
Serve as a polished liaison between senior leadership, internal teams, and external partners
Ensure seamless day-to-day administrative operations at the executive level
Qualifications
2–5 years of Executive Assistant experience (hospitality strongly preferred)
Exposure to capital projects strongly preferred
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word)
Experience with virtual meeting platforms and office technology
Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail
Professional presence aligned with Forbes Five-Star service standards
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
