Position Overview
We are looking for a
Plumbing Service Manager
to lead the field operations of our new Ohio location. This is a high‑impact leadership role where you will be responsible for building, developing, and managing a team of service technicians while driving performance, revenue, and customer satisfaction.

What You\'ll Do
Lead and manage day‑to‑day field operations for the service team
Hire, train, and develop high‑performing service technicians
Coach technicians on performance, customer experience, and revenue generation
Drive KPIs including average ticket, conversion rates, and overall team productivity
Ensure exceptional customer service and uphold company standards
Implement and follow Nexstar systems and processes
Work closely with leadership to scale and grow the Ohio market
Requirements
Proven experience managing plumbing service teams
Strong leadership and coaching ability
Experience driving technician performance and revenue
Familiarity with Nexstar systems is a major plus
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to build and lead a team in a new market
