About the Role

As a member of the ATO team, you’ll be at the heart of the action. This laboratory-based role focuses on executing high-quality analytical testing to support a diverse pipeline of programs. You won't just be running tests; you'll be troubleshooting, collaborating with process development teams, and ensuring that every piece of data generated helps move science forward.
What You’ll Do

Execute & Analyze: Prepare samples and perform routine data analysis with rapid turnaround times.
Master the Tech: Operate and maintain cutting-edge instrumentation including UPLC/HPLC, LC/MS, qPCR, and DLS.
Collaborate: Work closely with colleagues to communicate results and observations that drive decision-making.
Innovate: Support high-throughput workflows and contribute to method optimization and lab efficiency initiatives.
Document: Maintain accurate, compliant records of your experiments to ensure the highest scientific standards.
What You’ll Need (Basic Qualifications)

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Analytical Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: 0–2 years of experience in a laboratory environment (perfect for a high-performing recent grad or someone early in their career!).
Knowledge: A foundational understanding of chromatography and good laboratory practices.
Traits: Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities with a smile.
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred)

Experience with Chromeleon, LIMS, or ELN software.
Hands-on experience with Hamilton or Tecan automation platforms.
A background in ELISA, qPCR, or biophysical characterization.
