Job Description
Supervise the customer service team, including accountability for customer satisfaction, retention, and growth by efficiently delivering competitive services to the customer.

Responsibilities

Support the Customer Service team through coaching and training.

Monitor the Customer service queue and call center for issues.

Identify priorities, inform the team of changes, and communicate processes to achieve excellent results.

Identify customer needs, satisfy customer requests, and resolve customer complaints and concerns.

Develop team members' professional growth, guide, coach, and provide constructive feedback to help them reach their full potential.

Create a supportive and inclusive work environment that encourages collaboration, respects diverse perspectives, and empowers team members to excel.

Qualifications

Associate’s degree in Building and Construction Technology or Communications preferred.

4+ years of customer service experience required.

1–2 years of team lead experience preferred.

Equivalent combination of experience and education that demonstrates the ability to perform the essential functions of the position; may substitute on a year‑for‑year basis.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Soft Skills

Good communication, problem‑solving skills, fast learner, and organized.

Physical Demands
This role is performed in an office environment where a computer, telephone, and other office equipment are used as needed.
