Estimator/Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled Estimator/Project Manager to join our team.
This role will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, managing commercial construction projects, and ensuring successful project completion.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare cost estimates and manage commercial construction projects
Develop and track project schedules and budgets
Coordinate with suppliers and clients
Oversee project execution to ensure quality and safety
Lead project meetings and communicate with clients
Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years experience in construction estimating & project management
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Proficiency in Excel, Estimating Software, and Microsoft Office
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
$75K ++ based on experience.
