Overview
Marsh & Associates, Inc. is seeking talented, well-qualified and energetic Job Captains to join our team in the Denver Tech Center. MAI is an award-winning Architecture, Interior Design and Master Planning firm consistently recognized as one of the top hospitality design firms in the U.S.
Candidates should be detail-oriented, have a passion for high design, embrace creative and collaborative problem-solving, and possess a commitment to developing and executing architecture that is both beautiful and functional.
Qualifications
Professional Degree in Architecture
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an Architectural office
Experience with commercial projects (hospitality experience a plus)
Active NCARB AXP enrollee
Capable of producing thorough and well-coordinated contract documents
Proficiency in AutoCAD required; SketchUp, Bluebeam, Revit a plus
Familiarity with all project phases from concept design through CA
Knowledge of building detailing, codes, and construction means & methods
Strong verbal, written, and graphic communication skills
Ability to support and take guidance from Project Managers and collaborate effectively with team members and consultants
