Summary
The Stock Supervisor is key to maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of our store’s operations. This role involves organizing the stock room, managing inventory levels, and ensuring product availability to enhance store performance.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate a first‑class shopping experience through effective organization of back‑of‑house areas and merchandise flow.
Timely processing of shipments, transfers, and inventory management.
Communicate merchandising and supply needs to management.
Efficiently manage stock in a safe and secure manner.
Conduct inventory audits and cycle counts to rectify discrepancies.
Understand and adhere to LACOSTE’s operational procedures.
Collaborate with store management on Loss Prevention strategies.
Lead and develop the store team in alignment with company values.
Participate in store opening and closing routines, including keyholding responsibilities.
Requirements / Qualifications
At least 2 years of experience in retail operations, with a proven track record in effective stock management.
Physical ability to handle merchandise, including lifting, moving, and standing for extended periods.
Strong work ethic, excellent time management, and high level of ownership.
Effective communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Commitment to adhere to company policies and standards.
