A Day In The Life

As the Sustainability Data Analyst, you will support our growing sustainability, ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance), and regulatory reporting needs. Collect, analyze, and interpret environmental and ESG data to support sustainability strategies, reporting, and decision-making. Support environmental data management, reporting, and compliance efforts across a global organization.
The Impact You'll Make

Manage, validate, and analyze sustainability data, including Scope 1, 2, and 3 greenhouse gases (GHG) emissions.
Support sustainability and ESG reporting, including collection due process (CDP), climate related disclosures, and regulatory readiness.
Assist with extended producer responsibility (EPR) and packaging related data tracking across jurisdictions.
Track and support data needs tied to emerging sustainability regulations (e.g., climate and packaging requirements).
Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., Operations, Procurement and Finance) to collect and verify data.
Maintain trackers, reporting calendars, and supporting documentation
Who You Are

Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of Sustainability, Environmental Science, Data Analytics, or a related field
Between 1-3 years of experience in sustainability, ESG, or environmental data
Minimum 1 year of experience in GHG accounting (Scope 1, 2, and 3) and supporting sustainability reporting or regulatory disclosures
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite. Strong Excel skills and comfort working with large datasets
Monster Energy provides competitive total compensation. The estimated hourly pay range for this position is listed below. Actual compensation may vary based on skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.
Pay Range

$31 - $38 USD
