Job Summary
Eurocode is an independent AUDI / Porsche / VW Specialty Repair and Tuner Shop located in Torrance, CA (South Bay). We specialize in service, repair, and performance enhancements for late-model Audi, Volkswagen, and Porsche vehicles. We are an established and continuously growing shop looking to fill a full-time Customer Service and Service Writer position in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
We are looking for a Service Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer relationship skills, strong service writer capabilities, and previous automotive experience.
Every day is different in our busy automotive service center! You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including addressing customer inquiries, and managing required documentation.

Responsibilities
Ensure repairs and maintenance tasks are completed in a timely manner
Facilitate and process sales orders through email or over the phone.
Utilize Alldata, RO writer, Mitchell, and WorldPAC/IMC/SSF software to create invoices, purchase orders and estimates
With appropriate training and instructions, you will be required to properly tune customer vehicles with provided equipment
Manage the flow of service department paperwork, including manuals, invoices, repair orders, and maintenance records
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required, bachelor’s degree preferred
Valid state-issued driver’s license and clean driving record are required
Deep understanding of automotive technology, automotive service technician job duties, and automotive repair services is required
Previous experience with European vehicles preferred but not required
