Housekeeper / Room Attendant
Chicago-based Horizon Realty Group is a family-owned and operated property management company that buys, remodels and rents updated, high-value apartments in a variety of iconic buildings. Currently, with 29 buildings in Chicago, Horizon also owns one building in Evanston, IL.

Summary:
The Housekeeper / Room Attendant will be responsible for providing regular housekeeping duties for both occupied and vacant apartments, assists laundry attendant with towel folding and other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
Responsibilities:
Provide daily make ups in occupied apartments. Make beds and empty trash.
Perform full clean in all occupied apartments. To include bathroom, bedroom, living room and kitchen.
In addition to above mentioned tasks, the housekeeper / room attendant will also clean vacant units and common areas as assigned by the Operations Coordinator.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED required.
Previous employment as a Custodian is preferred.
Excellent customer service skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
