Festival Foods - 660 Hometown Circle - Responsibilities: Provide helpful service at the front guest service desk and greet guests professionally; Lead and guide Guest Service associates (Service Desk, Cashiers, Baggers, Cart Runners) in daily operations; Monitor Guest Service activity and ensure team compliance with procedures and maintain department cleanliness; Manage staff schedules and adjust operations to meet business needs while complying with labor laws for minor employees; Open additional checkout lanes as needed to maintain a smooth guest experience during busy periods
