Guest Room Attendant

Ensure all guest rooms are cleaned according to BLC standards.
Follow job tasks issued by Housekeeping Supervisor. Respond to and notify Housekeeping Supervisor of all guest requests or complaints. Replenish all supplies in guest rooms. Strip beds, roll-aways and cribs. Change sheets. Clean all showers, sinks, toilets, and floors. Clean walls and doors as needed. Vacuum carpet in rooms, halls, lobby and elevator. Clean windows and blinds. Collect, sort, clean, fold and store laundry. Operate washing and drying equipment. Maintain laundry room in clean and orderly fashion. Move furniture to clean. Maintain appearance standards as outlined in departmental and BLC policies. Provide information and explain Players Club benefits, property amenities & marketing programs to our guests. Provide courteous service to our guests and be cordial to all Team Members. Communicate effectively both orally and in writing. Works safely and efficiently, utilizing safe equipment, techniques, and products. Maintain a good attendance record. Is current on facility disaster plan and acts accordingly. Other duties as assigned.
Creates an atmosphere of FUN for all casino guests. Encourages mutual respect, dignity and integrity with all Team Members, by setting positive examples at all times. Maintains a professional departmental, company and community reputation.

Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
While employed, must maintain a valid and active Blue Lake Tribal Gaming Commission License.
