Encompass Medical Group is offering a $500.00 sign-on bonus to all new hires after completion of their probationary period and a $500.00 bonus after one full year of service.
Hours: 9:00am-5:30pm M-F
Position Summary:
The receptionist is responsible for all aspects of meeting/greeting patients, appointment scheduling via phone and in person, cash collection and deposit. Maintains good public relations.
Position Accountabilities:
Receives all incoming calls for the department and refers them after collecting all required patient data when appropriate to the appropriate personnel
Makes appointments over the phone and in person
Maintains patient confidentiality
Cash collection and deposit
Other clerical duties as assigned by the supervisor
Performs other duties as assigned or requested
Job Specifications:
Minimum Education:
High School Graduate or equivalent; medical terminology
Minimum Experience:
Prior office/clerical experience
Basic computer skills
Skills Administrative:
Good speaking voice
Computer skills
Customer service focused
Working Conditions/Physical Demands:
Sitting, standing, stooping
High volume of keyboard use
